If you put the same advertisement into 1,000 sites this may be perceived as spam. I am sure there are many more reasons why automated programs are frowned upon. You have to click the final button to submit the advertisement to the directory. Plus it keeps track of the directories you have submitted to so you can make changes in the future. Make sure the gmail account refers to your business directly or your name because these websites like to know the email used is a business email connected to the website you are putting the advertisement in for. Creating a gmail account or hotmail account guarantees you will not get any spam in your in box. This is the price you pay for free advertising but if done right you will not be bothered by it. Also, some of the websites will want you to confirm your entry so you will get all these emails coming in saying first they have your request and then another saying please confirm and then sometimes another saying you have gone live. Submiteaze rotates those 20 advertisements as I am entering them so that if I enter my website into 100 free advertising sites, each of those 20 advertisements goes in 5 times only. This avoids duplication and allows you to add different keywords into your advertisements to track people who are adding those search terms into the search engines. For my candle products advertisements I have another 10 advertisements that rotate as well when I add those advertisements to the directories. Periodically I keep adding advertisements to my campaigns. It only takes a few minutes to write a two line advertisement. I put the keywords in the advertisement title and in the body of the advertisement. People are directed to my website if they are interested and I do get people contacting me that way. It will take you some time to understand this so be prepared for some studying. Submiteaze updates their program every 13 or 17 days. They fix any links that have gone bad and add in new directories. Now you are thinking this is an automated system and this will not be accepted by the search engines. It is still sem-automated. They have just managed to figure out how to provide for an even faster submission without making the program fullY automated. You still maintain control and have to push the final submit button. The time saving feature has to do with the way the entries default which is difficult to explain. Basically the information is dropped into the submission page automatically. All I do is click the submit button, or fill in a CAPTCHA and then click the submit button. The program knows I want the free link with no reciprocal link (Submiteaze allows for other types of submissions as mentioned above). 99% of the time the program picks the right category for advertisement. Then the program automatically records the entry as submitted for me and moves me to the next screen. I now can enter in advertisements at the rate of 100 in ONE-HALF HOUR to 45 minutes. That is less than half of the time the regular section of the program takes me and of course a lot better than the 20 hours it took me when I first attempted to enter in 100 advertisements. This is why I decided to write this article. There are 1100 entries in this section alone (and they will probably increase that) and I will have 30 advertisements rotating in those 1,000 websites within a couple of days and that is just by doing it late at night when I am relaxing watching TV. It is that simple to do. I have already entered 300 and the program keeps track of which ones I have entered. By the way the program will also keep track of the websites where I have decided to register and want to come back later on to enter the advertisement. They even have a process in place where you can tell them that an entry is not working by right clicking on the entry and clicking report. Then when they upgrade the system in the next 13 day period they will pick up the deficiency and correct it. Things change all the time on the web and Submiteaze has 3,500 websites in its program.
