how to make an account
Go to the Hotmail homepage.http://www.hotmail.com
Step 2
Click the “Sign Up” pin at the left of the screen.
Step 3
Choose whether you would like Windows Live Hotmail or Windows Live Hotmail Plus. The ex- is free, the latter is not.
Step 4
Fill out the vital application information.
Step 5
Click the “I Acknowledge” pin at the underside of the screen if you acknowledge the Windows Live Service Agreement and Privacy Statement.
